WRITING LETTERS
HOW TO GET A RESPONSE

Writing Tips

The most important line when writing your email is the headline so make it eye-catching.

Here are some tips:

Go for it:
Be honest, put in your email what you are looking for in a relationship. Do you want a long term relationship, romantic encounter, casual dating, or maybe just a friend from another country or close to home.

Entertaining:
Like to ski, surf, snowboard, windsail, fishing, workout, watch sports, bike, hike, jog, golf, mountain climbing, the great outdoors, shop, soap operas, restaurants, theater, dance the salsa, cha cha,....

Romantic:
If you are looking for romance, you can describe what romantic things you would like to do. Candlelight dinners, quiet times with someone special, walks on the beach, watch romantic movies, watch a beautiful sun-set, holding hands, kissing in a whirlpool.......

Goals:
It is hard to find someone who shares the same lifestyle, values and goals, so you can maybe add some of these to your letter. For example, strong family values, religion, children, your ambitions in life, what you want to do in the future, where you want to be or don't want to be.

Don't be shy:
If you have never wrote an email like that before, don't worry its easy just go ahead and write something about yourself and the kind of person you are looking for. Imagine getting a response from someone who is exactly the kind of person you are looking for.

More writing tips on how to get a response
Put your cards right on the table. Tell truthfully who you are, what you want, and of your ultimate dreams. Tell in the first letter what you envision. Tell whether you want a friend, ideal mate, a lover or a pen pal. Tell the person honestly about yourself. About your intentions, goals, purposes, ideal scenes, and dreams. The more the better. Tell of your past; impress with your deeds, accomplishments, adventures, travels, education, your home and daily life, and neighborhood.

Make sure that she or he is the person that you have been seeking. Ask the questions that you want answers to - the things that matter most to you. Unique to letter correspondence is the freedom to ask the questions that would be awkward in face to face conversation. Take advantage of the situation and find out all that you need to know, in order to ascertain whether this is your ideal mate, the person you are going to wake up next to every morning, for the rest of your life. This is the most important opportunity of your life.

Always include a photo of yourself in your first email. Letters with no photos rarely have a response. We recommend that you go to a professional studio - the better the photos, the better the response.

Write to her or him every day. Yes, that's right; every day. Even if it's only a note, write. Let the person know that you are thinking of him or her. Here at the agency we have a simple rule - if you are thinking of that person then you must let him or her know such. Never leave their mail box empty. Not hearing from you is the worst thing in the universe. Never let this happen. If you can't write, send a card, or call, or fax, or email, or beat a drum. If the person doesn't hear from you then she or he will think that you have found someone else, or worse. Consider your email letters like notes in a song. They float up into the air and then are heard or lost among the clouds.

In conclusion we wish you happy searching!
